I feel for the people who are trying to make a change in the world, one person at a time, it can be a lonely life.

Fortunately a new website has been launched called Milkshake, (getmilkshake.com) which addresses on a daily basis people and products that are Doing Good and Giving Back. They address everything from coffee companies that give back to Sam Fox who is running the Pacific Coast Trail to benefit Parkinson Disease.

For those of us who try to do a little good every day, it sometimes is disheartening, thinking you are alone out there, nobody cares but reading their posts is very inspirational and quite honestly it re-movtivated me to continue on the little changes that each of us can do to make a difference in the world.

For those who have given up, need a little inspiration, subscription is free, so treat yourself to a little no calorie Milkshake everyday.
