Last week, was the 20+th Annual Battered Women-Baked Potato Clothing Exchange! I can’t believe it has been that many years that I have been doing this clothing swap party! Every year the clothes get better and better!

The key is consistency- every year- same time- same place- same people with their friends- (New clothes)

I always have on a Friday nite- and e-vite everybody 2 months in advance- plently of time to clean out closets- let co-workers know.

I don’t worry too much about the house being clean- with over 60 large bags of clothes coming in the floor is a mess- so who’s gonna care!

Food is simple- Baked Potato’s with all sorts of toppings-

I reuse envelopes and have everyone put addresses on- to send tax-deduction donation slips.

Don’t worry about sizes- when you start doing this sizes don’t matter- the more sizes the better.

This is best way to update your wardrobe- get your clothing fix for free!

Don’t want to hassle with a party- Try these Clothing Swaps events- either in person or online
