I think that everyone can appreciate the EPA publishing a list. However, the list is from 2001 and is in no means comprehensive. You’ll find that eoc-friendly in this EPA document doesn’t clarify what they consider “preferable”. Many dry cleaners offer wet cleaning in addition to “normal” dry cleaning and many use bio degradable solvents that aren’t PERC.
