The Galapagos Islands are the most incredible living museum of evolutionary changes, with a huge variety of exotic species (birds, land animals, plants) and landscapes not seen anywhere else.

There is no cheap way- unless you take a tanker- or crew on a boat to get there- and it’s a long way. You fly from Guayaquil or Quito. Most likely it’s cheaper from Guayaquil because the Quito flights all go there anyway. Because there is not that many flights, we booked in advance You might consider doing a package deal, which includes everything- it’s more money-but you will probably see more. No matter what- Go- in all my travels- it’s one of my most favorite places and someday I will go back.
