I’m in desperate need of some lumber and roofing materials to build a couple run-ins for my horses. I’m in the Halifax, MA area. Can anyone suggest where I might find used lumber of any kind that could be used for walls and a roof. I thought demolition materials might be a good way to recycle and get materials less expensively.

    Thank you!

We have been restoring a horse and cow farm near Boston for the last 18 months but constrained by a shortage of funding so the work has been going slow. We have budgeted to buy a quantity of 6 to 10 8″x 8″x20′ to 24′ used barntootss for a barn restoration project. These beams can also be 10″x10″ or 12″x12″ posts. We are also interested in used slates roof tiles and wood gutters any length/width and would be willing to remove from the building prior to demolition.

We have a truck and trailer to drive to pick up any of these materials.

Drop us an email at anytime since this restoration will take at least five years to complete.

    Thank for reading this.
