I just do not understand why someone would just throw their garbage on the side of the road. I feel a natural responsibility to the earth, which I thought everyone "would" share. But that is not the case. I have long thought that the companies whos trash you see the most of along the road should pay for an "Anti-Litter Campagne". This would be given as a convocation time at school at the proper grade level. Research knows at what age people are most accepting of ideas. Require that the companies pay for this "entertaining" yet serious message to the upcoming generation. This is our Earth. It is a gift.
