Surfers Against Sewage Start Return To Offender Program

Surfers against Sewage sent a message of anti-marine sewage back to manufacturers by wrapping trash collected on the beaches of the UK wrapped in holiday wrapping paper.
While the marine litter is not the manufacturers fault, the message was to urge companies to improve their anti-littering messages, reduce packaging, invest in biodegradable materials and support anti-litter campaigns.
